How can I fix a failed Platform Connection?


The most usual problem when having a platform connection that seem to be failing for an account is that your connection to the channel has been invalidated. So before you follow the below steps - make sure to go into "Connections" via main menu and cross check that your connection is still valid. 

If you are logged in and connection is OK, then you can try to: 
  • Disconnect the integration and try reconnecting the Ad account.
  • Make sure to select the correct Managing Agent and fill in all required account information.
