What are Comments, Pacing, Documents, Settings and Change logs inside an Order?

Comments

  • A free-text area where you can document:

    • Strategy decisions.

    • Changes made.

    • Client instructions or approvals.

  • Good for keeping a history of decisions tied to an Order.

Pacing

  • Shows day-by-day spend versus the pacing target.

  • Helps you quickly see if campaigns are running ahead or behind plan.

Documents

  • Displays any uploaded internal documents (e.g. briefs, contracts, media plans).

  • Also includes CRM data for brands with CRM integrations:

    • CRM data here is typically handled via Adcredo and is not something a user configures alone.

Settings

Key elements:

  • Order information tab:

    • Overview of basic Order info (name, dates, etc.).

    • Top right:

      • Pause – pauses the Order. A popup explains what happens to campaigns.

      • Once paused, the button becomes Archive, and an Activate button appears.

        • Activating an Order does not automatically activate paused campaigns.

      • After archiving, the next step is Delete (use with care).

  • Edit sensitive data:

    • Only opens the Reference (CRM) fields for editing.

  • Assigned agents/users tab:

    • Add or change agents/users assigned to the Order.

  • Shared budgets Google/Bing (advanced):

    • For managing shared budgets between Google and Bing.

    • Often used when Bing campaigns are created as copies of Google campaigns:

      • You can define how budgets are split between the two before campaigns are created.

  • Budget split (new drafts):

    • Predefines how budget should be split between Google and Bing for new drafts created in this Order.

Change logs

  • Shows a history of changes inside the Order, including:

    • User who made the change.

    • Channel.

    • Item (campaign, ad group, etc.).

    • Change details (e.g. status updated, budget updated, old vs. new value).

Can be filtered and searched by channel or keyword.
