What are Pending and Error states?

Pending

• After you click Create campaigns or Publish updates, the draft moves to Pending.
  
  
• Pending means Adcredo is actively building campaigns in the platforms.
  
  
• If everything works:
  
  
  • The draft stays in Pending only a few seconds.
    
    
  • Created campaigns appear in the Campaigns view.
    
    

Error

• If something fails, the draft moves from Pending to Error.
  
  
• The Error tab shows a red badge and background to draw attention.
  
  
• Inside the error draft, you see error messages (often directly from the platforms) explaining:
  
  
  • Which campaign/ad group/ad failed.
    
    
  • Why it failed (e.g. policy, missing settings).
    
    

To fix:

1. Open the error draft.
   
   
2. Use the error messages to identify the problem.
   
   
3. Update the draft (channels, assets, settings).
   
   
4. Try publishing again.
