What information is shown in the Orders table?
Inside the order table you are able to follow various different types of performance metrics along with names and dates etc.
The following options are available by default:
Performance Columns
- Spend
- The total amount of spend from all campaigns within the order
- Impressions
- The total amount of impressions from all campaigns within the order
- Views
- The total amount of video views from all campaigns within the order
- Clicks
- The total amount of clicks from all campaigns within the order
- CTR, CPC, CPM
- The average Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Cost-Per-Click (CPC) and Cost-Per-Mille (CPM) from all campaigns within the order
- Warnings
- The total amount of warnings related to the order and campaigns within the order
- Assigned agents/users
- Which agent or user the order belongs to
- Channels used
- Indication on which channels are used within the order
- Brand name
- The brand which the order belongs to
- Created at
- Shows what date the order where created at
Order Management Columns
- Order name
- Start date & end date
- Start & end date of the order (not that campaigns are allowed to have different start/end dates than order)
- Status
- Status of the order
- Current cycle start & end
- Budget cycle start/end (only relevant if you are using order budget)
- Order budget
- The budget set on order (this is the total aggregated budget goal that you have set for your order and not campaign budgets)
- Fulfilled
- Budget spent so far based on Order Budget
- Pacing
- How you are pacing currently (- under or + above )
- How you are pacing currently (- under or + above )
- Google Analytics 4
- You have the possibility of activating pacing goals based on GA4 metrics as well to track performance based on website - this shows the current pacing of GA4 tracking based on goal set
- If one is using an order budget with "budget control" activated (meaning that Adcredo will help spending the budget) it could be that the order is status "Active" but secondary status is "Paused" - that's in such case due to that the expected weekly or monthly budget has already been spent and therefore making sure it's not overspending it by temporarily holding it back.Secondary status
If you are not in use of all the various columns and information you have the possibility to filter out and re-order the placements of the columns by clicking on the cogwheel found at the top right side of the table.
