Additional Information lets you set:
- Reference ID
- Mainly used to reference CRM ID's
- If you have automated CRM integrations with Adcredo - it's very important to not modify or remove it
- Organization ID
- If you would like to reference Org. number of the brand/client here's a possibility to add it
- Description
- Brand description that helps AI assistants to know more about the business and services - especially helpful when it's a new brand and assistants doesn't have much background information to assist with
- Description is automatically being populated with information if you're using the AI-profiler when creating a brand
