What metric types exist in Adcredo?

Adcredo has two metric setting types:

  • Custom metrics
    You map one or more platform metrics into one unified Adcredo metric (for example: “Clicks” across Meta + Google + LinkedIn).

  • Calculated metrics
    You create a KPI using formulas based on custom metrics (and optionally other calculated metrics), using operators like +, -, /, *.

When should I use custom vs calculated metrics?

  • Use custom metrics for totals (Clicks, Impressions, Spend, Conversions).

  • Use calculated metrics for KPIs that are averages or ratios (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, Conversion Rate). If you combine ratios directly across platforms, the result can be misleading—calculating from unified totals keeps it accurate.
