Why am I not receiving warning email notifications?

Notification delivery may fail if:

  • Email notifications are disabled

  • No recipients are added

  • No warning types are selected

  • Incorrect brands are selected

  • Notification frequency is set to weekly, but the day/time has not yet occurred

What to do:

  1. Open Set notifications

  2. Verify that:

    • Email notifications are enabled

    • At least one email is added

    • You selected “My Brands” or the correct brand(s)

    • Warning types are switched on

    • Time and day settings match your expectations

  3. Save the settings

You can also click Send notification to test delivery immediately.
