Why don’t I see the option to connect an account?

If you are not able to see any channels to connect under "Platform connections" within brand settings or during create-new-brand process, then this is the most likely reasons: 

  • Make sure you have already established a Connection for that platform in the Connections view. Without a platform Connection, you cannot create a Platform Connection.

  • If you have connected a channel (by logging into it with your credentials) then try make the connection once again by removing it and adding while you also make sure to cross check you gave the full access during connection - if you didn't provide full access Adcredo won't be able to provide you the functionality you need in order to operate your campaigns, reports etc. as expected  

  • If you still don't see anything, it's most likely because the login you are using isn't having access to any accounts within the selected channel or have lost your access. Try to go directly to the business manager or center, analytics accounts etc. in the platform direct and make sure that you do have the full access to the accounts
